McCann FitzGerald Advises Trinseo PLC on its Redomiciliation from Luxembourg to Ireland
We are delighted to have advised Trinseo, the global materials solutions provider and manufacturer of plastics and latex binders, on its redomiciliation from Luxembourg to Ireland and the listing of the new Irish holding company, Trinseo PLC, on the NYSE.
