McCann FitzGerald LLP advises AIB on its strategic residential development finance partnership with Activate Capital

The Irish Apartment Development Fund is designed to provide debt capital to drive the development of apartments and student accommodation.  The McCann FitzGerald team for AIB was led by Adrian Farrell (Partner, Finance) with Sarah Pickering (Senior Associate), Seán Basquel-Fahy (Associate) and Béibhinn Hinds (Associate), Deirdre Barnicle (Tax Consultant) and Cian O’Rourke (Tax associate), with a separate McCann FitzGerald team led by Eamon O Cuiv (Partner) and Martin Reilly (Associate) advising Apex as security agent.
