McCann FitzGerald LLP Advises Goodbody Stockbrokers in Connection with the Initial Public Offering of HealthBeacon plc

We advised Goodbody Stockbrokers in its role as the Sole Global Coordinator, Bookrunner, Broker and Euronext Growth Advisor in connection with the initial public offering of HealthBeacon plc and the admission to listing and trading of its ordinary shares to the Euronext Growth market of Euronext Dublin. Dealings in the shares commenced on 15 December 2021.

HeathBeacon plc is an Irish digital therapeutics company that develops products for managing injectable medications for people in the home and it listed on Euronext Growth Dublin.
