McCann FitzGerald LLP Advises Greencoat Renewables on Completion of the Acquisition of the 38MW Cloghan Wind Farm
We advised Greencoat Renewables plc on completion of the acquisition of the Cloghan windfarm (38 MW) in County Offaly, under a forward sale model, from Statkraft, having previously advised Greencoat on the acquisition of the Taghart windfarm (25.2MW) in County Cavan, from Statkraft, in December 2022.
Both windfarms benefit from 15-year fixed price contracts, secured under the recent Renewable Energy Support Scheme 1 (RESS 1) auction. Statkraft will continue to provide trading and operational management services for the assets.
