McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Hines on a recent lease to Zara on South King Street
We are pleased to have advised the Hines European Core Fund (HECF) in relation to the major expansion and letting of Units 1 and 2 in the Chatham & King development at 35-45 South King Street, Dublin 2 to the international fashion retailer, Zara.
The deal will also includes the construction of a new store of over 32,000 sq. ft. of space for Zara, which is located across the street from the side entrance to the St. Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre.
