We are pleased to have advised Marlet Property Group on the sale to BNY Mellon of The Shipping Office, a 177,000 sq. ft. grade-A office development located at Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2.
This transaction is further evidence of continuing investor appetite for modern, sustainable and well-located office stock in Dublin city centre.
