McCann FitzGerald LLP advises PEAL Capital Partners on Establishment of new ILP

We were delighted to act for PEAL Capital Partners, a female-led private equity firm, in relation to the recent authorisation, by the Central Bank, of PEAL Capital Partners ILP which has been established as an investment limited partnership under the new Irish ILP regime. 

The Fund will pursue private equity investments in traditional industries such as Industrials, Business Services, Consumers Services and niche areas of Financial Services across parts of Western Europe, the UK and North America.
