McCann FitzGerald LLP advises the McCauley Pharmacy Group on its sale to Uniphar PLC.
We are very pleased to advise the McCauley Pharmacy Group, a leading provider of pharmacy and retail services in Ireland, on the sale of the Group to Uniphar PLC.
The acquisition adds 37 retail pharmacies to the Uniphar Group, complementing Uniphar’s growing footprint of symbol group members.
The acquisition, which is subject to approval by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, is expected to complete later in 2022.
