McCann FitzGerald LLP advises the McCauley Pharmacy Group on its sale to Uniphar PLC.
We are very pleased to have advised the McCauley Pharmacy Group, a leading provider of pharmacy and retail services in Ireland, on the sale of the Group to Uniphar PLC. The acquisition adds 37 retail pharmacies to the Uniphar Group, complementing Uniphar’s growing footprint of symbol group members.
The acquisition completed on 31 January 2023, having received approval from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
The McCann FitzGerald LLP team was led by Garreth O’Brien along with Donal O’Raghallaigh, Ciara O’Herlihy, Iryna O’Connell, Sean Kehoe and Tom O’Maolagáin.
