Waterland Private Equity is a European investment firm and Primeline is Ireland’s largest provider of supply chain and logistics services.
Primeline will be backed by Waterland’s strategic and financial support as the partnership aims to accelerate continued expansion in revenue and workforce over the next five years.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
