  • Pembroke Beach DAC as owner of Glass Bottle site –on all title issues in relation to the refinancing of the entire site, advising on specific site structuring matters and assisting on advising in relation to structuring the estate management provisions of a multi-phase asset.
  • Deutsche Bank in relation to the financing projects including the acquisition of the Shelbourne Hotel and the refinancing of Kildare Village.             
  • Marlet and assisting on the lease of College Square office development to Workday (largest letting in Europe) and subsequent finance of the constructed office development with an international lender.              
  • SMBC in relation to the Bank’s financing the development of KPMG headquarters at Harcourt Square.
  • AIB plc, Rabo Bank and Bank of Ireland on the financing of a portfolio of Energia wind farm projects.
  • James Anderson of Deloitte Ireland LLP (as appointed Receiver by an international German Bank) on the sale of 2 Dublin Landings to an international investor.
