Stephanie works with and advises developers, contractors, professional consultants, funders, state bodies and other construction professionals on all aspects of construction law across a range of development, renewable and infrastructure projects. Stephanie’s work includes drafting and negotiating suites of construction contracts and related documents such as building contracts, consultant appointments, forward fund and forward sale contracts, performance security and collateral warranties.
