McCann FitzGerald Advises AIB on Project Finance Deal with Energia

AIB has agreed a €44 million debt finance package with Energia for its bioenergy plant under construction in north Co Dublin. This project signifies AIBs commitment to the renewables sector and climate action. This package includes an 11.6 year term loan of €38.6 million and ancillary facilities of €5.4 million. It forms part of an overall investment of about €50 million.
