McCann FitzGerald advises Hazel Shore Limited on the sale of its 50% interest in the Codling Wind Park
We advised Hazel Shore on the sale of a 50% interest in the Codling Bank Wind Park, announced today.
The Codling Bank Wind Park is a consented 220-turbine offshore wind farm to the east of the shallow sand bank known as Codling Bank, approximately 13 kilometres off the east coast of Ireland, between Greystones and Wicklow.
We advised Hazel Shore on the sale of its 50% stake in the development to Electricite de France’s EDF Renewables unit in what was the French group’s first investment in the Republic of Ireland.
