McCann FitzGerald Advises Luminate Capital Partners on its Strategic Investment in Compliance and Risks Limited
We are very pleased to have advised leading enterprise software focused private equity firm Luminate Capital Partners in conjunction with Kirkland & Ellis on its significant investment in Compliance & Risks Limited.
Compliance and Risks is the leading end-to-end global product compliance solution provider across the technology, consumer goods and retail, industrial goods and life sciences sectors. The investment by Luminate will assist Compliance and Risks with rapidly expanding its technology and service offerings to strengthen its global market position. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
The McCann FitzGerald team was led by Niall Best along with Ciara O’Herlihy and Rachel O’Neill. This buy-side appointment on a very significant cross-border transaction reflects the team’s experience in handling large, complex transactions. It also highlights the strength and depth of our practice, involving the seamless deployment of specialist advice in corporate, financing, employment and pensions, real estate, IT/ data protection, tax and intellectual property.
