McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Amplex AB in connection with its acquisition of Lift Rite Limited
We are pleased to have acted as Irish legal and tax counsel for Amplex AB in connection with its acquisition of Lift Rite Limited – its second Irish acquisition this year.
Lift Rite is a leading supplier of lifting equipment and material handling solutions with customers drawn from a wide range of sectors including engineering, data centres, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, logistics and distribution. Amplex AB is a privately owned multinational corporate group headquartered in Sweden, with a strategy of acquiring, owning and developing technology-based businesses across a number of sectors.
