McCann FitzGerald LLP Advises High Ridge Aviation in $603.17M Asset-Backed Securitisation
We are delighted to have advised High Ridge Aviation Limited in connection with its first managed fund’s $603,170,000 fixed rate notes offering.
This asset-backed securitisation of Phantom 2026-1 Aviation Limited and Phantom 2026-1 Aviation LLC is secured by a portfolio of 16 aircraft with an initial appraised value of US$718m and a weighted average age of 4.1 years which are on lease to 9 lessees across 9 countries.
The McCann FitzGerald LLP team, led by Ian Payne, Colm Fanning, Rachel Fitzsimons, Stephen Lahert, Kelsey Ahern and Emma Taheny acted as lead transaction counsel to High Ridge Aviation in connection with the restructuring of a portfolio of Aircraft to be included in the securitisation and as special Irish counsel to Phantom 2026-1 in connection with the ABS issuance.
