McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Macquarie-led Consortium on €250million PPP for six higher education buildings across Ireland
We advised a Macquarie-led consortium on the €250million deal to build six new facilities on higher education campuses in Dún Laoghaire, Blanchardstown, Tallaght, Cork, Tralee and Athlone.
The Public Private Partnership with the Department of Further and Higher Education, acting through its agent, the National Treasury Management Agency, will provide 5,000 extra student places across four colleges in Ireland.
This follows the successful financial close for the Grangegorman DIT campus in 2018 and Social Housing Bundle One in 2019.
