McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Nostra in connection with its acquisition of Definitive Solutions
We are pleased to have advised Nostra, one of the country’s largest Irish-owned managed services IT providers, in connection with its acquisition of Definitive Solutions, its second bolt-on acquisition this year.
The acquisition of Definitive Solutions will bring Nostra’s workforce to 290 people.
