McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Nostra in connection with its acquisition of Passax
We are pleased to have advised Nostra, one of the country’s largest Irish-owned managed services IT providers, in connection with its acquisition of Passax Business Systems, a provider of telecoms and cloud-based PBX solutions.
The acquisition of Passax will bring Nostra’s workforce to 270 and will double the number of employees based in the west of Ireland.
