We are delighted to have advised Oaktree Capital Management and Pembroke Beach DAC, a Lioncor/Ronan Group JV, on the €415 million refinancing with Deutsche Bank of the mixed use development at Glass Bottle, Sandymount, Dublin 4.
This strategic refinancing supports the next phase at Glass Bottle as our client continues to deliver the development of c.4,000 units on the landmark Dublin plot.
