McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Ultra Electronics on sale of Forensic Technology
We are pleased to have acted as Irish counsel for US private equity firm, Advent International, and its portfolio company, Ultra Electronics, in relation to the sale of leading 3-D imagery and automated ballistic identification company, Forensic Technology Inc., to LeadsOnline LLC, a provider of data, technology and intelligence tools.
Our Dublin and New York based corporate team worked with lead counsel Kirkland & Ellis LLP on the Irish aspects of the sale.
