McCann FitzGerald LLP announces four new partners

Leading Irish law firm, McCann FitzGerald, today announces the appointment of four new partners – Bébhinn Bollard (Commercial Litigation), Amy Brick (Regulatory and Data Disputes), Jamie McGee (Construction) and Ruairí Stewart (Commercial Property). The new appointments bring the total number of partners at the firm to 84.

Bébhinn Bollard has extensive experience acting in complex, high value and cross border disputes, including civil fraud and asset tracing claims, general commercial litigation and statutory investigations for regulated entities. Her practice also includes advising online platforms on contentious issues arising from user generated content, the use of artificial intelligence, commercial agreements, jurisdictional issues and regulatory regimes. 

Amy Brick is an experienced litigator with particular expertise advising on matters with a regulatory, public law or economic aspect. She has acted for a number of regulators across various sectors in challenges to regulatory decisions, supervisory and enforcement actions, and in complex investigations. Amy also specialises in contentious data protection and privacy matters, particularly those arising under the GDPR, including data breach claims.  

Jamie McGee has extensive sectoral expertise in construction, with a diverse practice that spans residential, commercial and industrial development, infrastructure, offshore gas facilities decommissioning, social housing, hotels, offices, pharma, energy and process facilities. He lectures on Trinity College’s Diploma in Construction Law and the Law Society’s diploma in Construction Law. Jamie also practices in the area of health and safety law sits on the Health and Safety Lawyers Association of Ireland Committee.

Ruairí Stewart specialises in commercial real estate transactions, advising a diverse client base spanning institutional investors, developers, lenders, semi-states and private corporates. Ruairí’s experience spans acquisitions, disposals, lettings and asset management mandates through to more bespoke forward-commit structures and site assembly and development work. He has recently led on a number of high-profile PRS, social housing and student accommodation transactions and also has in-depth experience in advising on property-backed loan sale deals.
