McCann FitzGerald Advises EQT Infrastructure on its Acquisition of EdgeConnex
McCann FitzGerald was delighted to advise global investment organisation, EQT Infrastructure, on the Irish aspects of its acquisition of EdgeConnex, a leading provider of hyperscale and edge data center solutions worldwide, from an investor group led by Providence Equity Partners.
The transaction announced in August 2020, completed on 5 November 2020 and enables EdgeConneX to accelerate its aggressive growth plans in both existing and new markets globally, unlocking even greater capabilities, value and innovations for its customers. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
