McCann FitzGerald LLP acts as Irish counsel to APG on its €2 billion residential joint venture with Kennedy Wilson
Working alongside Freshfields, the McCann FitzGerald team are pleased to have acted as Irish counsel to APG on this major Irish real estate joint venture transaction with Kennedy Wilson.
Congratulations to the APG and Kennedy Wilson teams on this landmark Irish PRS transaction. The venture, currently funded by APG, will develop a platform to manage more than 3,400 rented homes in Ireland.
APG, a Dutch pension fund manager representing some of the world’s largest pension investors, will retain a majority investment in the joint venture. Kennedy Wilson will make a minority investment and act as asset and development manager.
The McCann FitzGerald team was led by Mark White and Brendan Murphy, and included Seán Mulvey, Moya O’Dowd, Emma Dunne, Eleanor McDonagh, Richard Leonard and Emily Mac Nicholas.
