McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Scandinavian Airlines on $700m Debtor-in-Possession Financing
We are very pleased to have acted alongside Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright in advising SAS - Scandinavian airlines on its $700m debtor-in-procession facility as part of its chapter 11 restructuring.
The McCann FitzGerald LLP team was led by Partners, Catherine Deane and Michael Murphy along with Niall Dolan and Emma Aspil.
We also advised SAS on the sale and leaseback of six new airbus A320 aircraft with Griffin Global Asset Management.
