McCann FitzGerald LLP Advises Sherry FitzGerald on its Sale to CastleGate Investments
McCann FitzGerald LLP has advised long-standing client and Ireland’s biggest estate agents, Sherry FitzGerald Group, on the sale of 100% of its share capital to CastleGate Investments an investment fund controlled by entrepreneur Tommy Kelly, founder of eShopWorld.
This follows our advices to Sherry FitzGerald Group on the 2018 sale of its Commercial Property division to Cushman & Wakefield.
