- Drafting OJEU notices, prequalification questionnaires, instructions to candidates and contract and tender documentation for all procurement options, including framework agreements, qualification systems, and dynamic purchasing systems
- Advising on the application of the procurement rules at every stage of the process, including clarifications, compliance and other difficult issues
- Advising on the development and application of award and selection criteria and scoring methodologies
