McCann FitzGerald advises Greencoat Renewables on the purchase of Letteragh Wind Farm for €35.4m
We advised Greencoat Renewables on its recent purchase of Letteragh Wind Farm, a 14.1MW wind farm in Co Clare for €35.4m. The acquisition was funded by the company’s €380m credit facility and brings its portfolio of operational wind assets to 476MW.
