McCann FitzGerald expands New York Office with specialist Aviation and Asset Finance Expertise
Premier Irish law firm, McCann FitzGerald today announced it is increasing its investment and expanding its reach in the US market with the appointment of Senior Associate, Richard Gill, to its New York office.
Richard Gill is a Senior Associate in the Aviation and Asset Finance Group at McCann FitzGerald. Richard acts for many leading operating lessors and financiers in the aviation industry including AerCap, Nordic Aviation Capital, Orix Aviation, BOC Aviation and GTLK Europe.
Richard advises clients on a wide variety of aviation and asset finance matters, including cross border aircraft portfolio financings, export credit agency backed financings, aircraft sale and leaseback transactions, capital market transactions (including aircraft securitisations) and debt restructurings. He also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating aircraft leasing, servicing, financing and security agreements, as well as advising clients in connection with the acquisition and disposal of operating leasing companies.
