Klas Group is a leading Irish engineering and design company specialising in developing innovative rugged, scalable and portable communications solutions for the network edge. Anduril Industries is a leading American defence technology company.
The transaction is expected to close later in 2025, pending receipt of regulatory approvals. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
