We are delighted to have advised CalypsoAI on its $180m acquisition by Seattle-based, Nasdaq-listed tech firm, F5.
McCann FitzGerald LLP acted as Irish counsel for Dublin-based CalypsoAI in its sale to F5 by way of a merger agreement involving the company’s parent, a Delaware corporation. Specialising in AI security and systems testing, CalypsoAI’s operations will be integrated into F5’s, adding to the buyer’s existing software and app development base in Co Cork. The deal will strengthen the security and risk-mitigation throughout F5’s delivery of apps, APIs and AI models to its global customer base.
