McCann FitzGerald acted for the lenders on the south site of the Spencer Dock Development

In what was a very complex development financing, McCann FitzGerald acted for and advised Bank of Ireland, Allied Irish Banks p.l.c. and Ulster Bank as lenders to a joint venture, between Colony Capital and the Ronan Group, to develop an office and a hotel development at Spencer Place in the North Docklands.
