We advised Goodbody Stockbrokers and Shore Capital in their role as Joint Bookrunners, Joint Brokers and ESM/ Nominated Advisers on Applegreeen plc’s €175 million placing (before expenses) of 28,782,895 new ordinary shares to fund partially Applegreen’s acquisition of a 50.01% stake in the Welcome Break Group.
